Finishing & Add-ons
Metal Stair Rod Fitting – £70.00 per staircase Professional fitting of client-supplied metal stair rods to a standard staircase. Landing Runner Fitting (Straight) – From £60.00 Professional fitting of a client-supplied landing or hallway runner up to 3.5m in length, or a mid-landing connecting two staircases with 45° mitred joins. All prices are for fitting services only. Materials must be supplied by the client unless otherwise agreed. Additional charges may apply for larger areas, complex layouts, bespoke joins, or non-standard projects.

We also provide recommendations on where to purchase suitable carpet and materials. Option 2: Digital Measuring Guidance Pack (Free) Ideal for clients who require a quicker turnaround. Our detailed measuring guide walks you through the process of measuring your staircase accurately, helping you calculate the correct quantity of carpet and purchase with confidence. Home Consultation & Site Survey (Outter London) – From £100.00 Available for projects outside our standard service area. This comprehensive consultation includes an on-site assessment, measurements, installation recommendations, carpet guidance, and a tailored project overview. Pricing is based on travel distance and location. Do you supply the runner?
We do not supply stair runners directly. However, we offer consultation and installation guidance to help you select the most suitable weave, material, and pattern for your staircase. We provide expert advice on installation suitability, durability, and cost to help you achieve the best possible result. As stair runners are often considered a premium product, our aim is to make the installation process as accessible and transparent as possible, with clear guidance and no hidden costs.
Can you fit runners on winding steps?
Yes. We specialise in fitting stair runners on winding and curved staircases. Each runner is carefully templated and bespoke cut to ensure a precise fit, with close attention paid to pattern matching, borders, and alignment throughout the staircase. We securely install and finish each runner using professional techniques, including neatly folding tapered edges and applying the appropriate adhesives, resulting in a clean, durable, and truly bespoke finish.
How long does installation take?
Installation times can vary depending on the size and complexity of the staircase. However, most projects are completed within 4–6 hours, including a post-installation walkthrough. We take special care to minimise disruption, maintain full access to your staircase wherever possible, and remove all waste materials before leaving your property. Larger projects, including double staircases or more complex installations, may require additional days, which are planned for and accommodated within our installation schedule from the outset.
What areas do you cover?

We also undertake projects in Outer London and neighbouring regions, which may be subject to additional travel charges.
